THIS PRIVACY POLICY: (“policy”) refers to UndieCraft.gg owned and operated as an
individually owned business duly located within Iceland and with full compliance to the EU
General Data Protection Regulations.
• WHEREAS; “Us, We, Our” refers to UndieCraft.gg
• WHEREAS; ‘You, the user, client, visitor” refers to people visiting our website,
purchasing our services, using our services, and or interacting with us.
THEREFORE, this privacy policy is designed to help you better understand what type of
personal information we collect, might collect, and use in order to manage and operate our
respective services, the policy is also designed to inform you what your rights are in respect
to the personal information we hold.
AS SUCH; this policy has been amended and adopted as of the 15th of May 2024.

   Do note we are a business registered in Iceland and as such comply with the regulations of
   Iceland and the European Union, as such when you visit our website, make a purchase or
   interact with us your personal information is transferred to our servers hosted in Iceland, you
   interaction and purchase is regarded as consent to do such, also by doing so you agree to use
   the jurisdiction of Iceland and agree to abide by the applicable laws.

    managed with care, our agents (also known as contractors) are required to sign an extensive
    Non-Disclosure agreement to ensure your data where shared with them and or where they
    have access to is properly used and kept safe.
